Name Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for CREE (WOLF) Effective Monday, October 4, 2021

Cree, Inc. (“CREE”) will have a name and symbol change to Wolfspeed, Inc. (WOLF) and will transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Monday, October 4, 2021.
