MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, October 4, 2021. On that date, the current ITUB option class will change to ITUB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ITUB1 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on Monday, October 4, 2021.
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 1, 2021.
