MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Franks International N.V. (FI) Reverse Split and Name and Symbol Change to Expro Group Holdings N.V. (XPRO)
Frank’s International N.V. (FI) has announced a 1 for 6 reverse stock split and a name and symbol change effective for Monday, October 4, 2021. On this date, the current FI option class will change to XPRO1 and its name and symbol will change to Expro Group Holdings N.V. (XPRO). The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list XPRO1 options. Therefore, no options on FI or XPRO will be available for trading on Monday, October 4, 2021.
Expro Group Holdings N.V. (XPRO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 1, 2021.
NOTE: XPRO options will trade on Cloud 20 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 10 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
