JAWS Spitfire Acquisition Corporation (SPFR) will have a name and symbol change to Velo3D, Inc. (VLD) effective on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPFR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
NOTE: VLD options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 9 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
