MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HC2 Holdings, Inc. (HCHC) Name and Symbol Change to INNOVATE Corp. (VATE)
HC2 Holdings, Inc. (HCHC) will have a name and symbol change to INNOVATE Corp. (VATE) effective on Monday, September 20, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HCHC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 17, 2021.
NOTE: VATE options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 9 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
