Osprey Technology Acquisition Corporation (SFTW) will have a name and symbol change to BlackSky Technology Inc. (BKSY) effective on Friday, September 10, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SFTW will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
NOTE: BKSY options will trade on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
