MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: DICKS Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS)
DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, September 9, 2021. On that date, the current DKS option class will change to DKS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DKS1 options. Therefore, no options on DKS will be available for trading on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 10, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DKS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
