MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Jaguar Health, Inc. (JAGX)
Jaguar Health, Inc. (JAGX) has announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, September 8, 2021. On that date, the current JAGX option class will change to JAGX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list JAGX1 options. Therefore, no options on JAGX will be available for trading on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
Jaguar Health, Inc. (JAGX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JAGX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
