U.S. Options

As previously announced in the May 28, 2021 Alert,  MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options & MIAX Emerald Options Exchanges began offering the new Open-Close Reports on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

The Open-Close Reports, available separately for each exchange, are designed to provide a report including trade data for each option series traded on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl, or MIAX Emerald. The reports aggregate trade quantity and volume data by origin, buy/sell, and open/close criteria.  The Open-Close Reports are available via the MIAX SFTP site as either an End-of-Day or Intraday file. The End-of-Day file is updated during an overnight process and is available the following morning at approximately 6:00 a.m. (ET). The Intraday file is a cumulative file produced in 10-minute intervals throughout the trading day. 

Beginning September 2, 2021, Open-Close Report end-of day data will be available on a historical basis for no fee.  An ad-hoc request can be for any number of months beginning with June 2021 for which the data is available.  Historical monthly day will be available fifteen (15) days after the end of the month for which it is requested.
