Genesis Park Acquisition Corporation (GNPK) will have a name and symbol change to Redwire Corporation (RDW) effective on Friday, September 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GNPK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 2, 2021.
NOTE: RDW options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
