Good Works Acquisition Corporation (GWAC) will have a name and symbol change to Cipher Mining Inc. (CIFR) effective on Monday, August 30, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GWAC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 27, 2021.
NOTE: CIFR options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
