MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Capri Listco (AJAX) Name and Symbol Change to Cazoo Group Ltd (CZOO)
Capri Listco (AJAX) will have a name and symbol change to Cazoo Group Ltd (CZOO) effective on Friday, August 27, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AJAX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
NOTE: CZOO options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
