Vector Acquisition Corporation (VACQ) will have a name and symbol change to Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (RKLB) effective on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VACQ will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.
NOTE: RKLB options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
