MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NextGen Acquisition Corporation (NGAC) Name and Symbol Change to Xos, Inc. (XOS)

NextGen Acquisition Corporation (NGAC) will have a name and symbol change to Xos, Inc. (XOS) effective on Friday, August 20, 2021. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NGAC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 19, 2021. 

NOTE: XOS options will trade on Cloud 20 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 10 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
