MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CATB)
Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CATB) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, August 20, 2021. On that date, the current CATB option class will change to CATB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CATB1 options. Therefore, no options on CATB will be available for trading on Friday, August 20, 2021.
Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CATB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, August 23, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CATB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
