MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS)
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) has announced a dividend effective for Tuesday, August 17, 2021. On that date, the current SSSS option class will change to SSSS2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SSSS2 options. Therefore, no options on SSSS will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SSSS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 16, 2021.
