MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NavSight Holdings, Inc. (NSH) Name and Symbol Change to Spire Global, Inc. (SPIR)

NavSight Holdings, Inc. (NSH) will have a name and symbol change to Spire Global, Inc. (SPIR) effective on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NSH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 16, 2021. 

NOTE: SPIR options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
