MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Xerox Corporation (XRX)

Xerox Corporation (XRX) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.  On that date, the current XRX options class will change to XRX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list XRX1 options. Therefore, no options on XRX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. The new XRX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in XRX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 30, 2016.
