Flamel Technologies S.A. (FLML) will change its name to Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc, its trading symbol to (AVDL), and its cusip to 05337M104 effective for trading on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: AVDL options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FLML will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 30, 2016.
