UPDATE: MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT) will change its name and symbol to Drive Shack Inc. (DS)
Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT) will change its name to Drive Shack Inc., its trading symbol to (DS), and its cusip to 262077100 effective for trading on Thursday, December 29, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: DS options will trade on Cloud 4 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NCT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.
