Medgenics, Inc. (MDGN) will change its name to Aevi Genomic Medicine, Inc., its trading symbol to (GNMX), and its cusip to 00835P105 effective for trading on Friday, December 16, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: GNMX options will trade on Cloud 7 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MDGN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 15, 2016.
