MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Patriot National, Inc. (PN)

Patriot National, Inc. (PN) has declared a special cash dividend. The dividend will become effective on Monday, December 12, 2016.  On that date, the current PN options class will change to PN1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PN1 options. Therefore, no options on PN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 12, 2016. The new PN options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 9, 2016.
