MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM)

Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM) has declared a stock dividend. The dividend will become effective on Thursday, December 8, 2016.  On that date, the current SUM options class will change to SUM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SUM1 options. Therefore, no options on SUM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, December 8, 2016. The new SUM options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, December 9, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SUM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.
