MIAX Corporate Action Alert: M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC)
M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC) has declared a 5% stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective on Friday, December 2, 2016. On that date, the current MDC options class will change to MDC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MDC1 options. Therefore, no options on MDC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, December 2, 2016. The new MDC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 5, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MDC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
