QLT, Inc. (QLTI) will change its name to Novelion Therapeutics Inc., its trading symbol to (NVLN), and its cusip to 67001K103 effective for trading on Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: NVLN options will trade on Cloud 13 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in QLTI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
