MIAX Corporate Action Alert: QLT Inc. (QLTI)
QLT Inc. (QLTI) has announced a warrants distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. On that date, the current QLTI options class will change to QLTI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list QLTI1 options. Therefore, no options on QLTI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. QLT Inc. (QLTI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in QLTI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 14, 2016.
