MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ConAgra Foods, Inc. (CAG)

ConAgra Foods, Inc. (CAG) has announced a distribution and name change. The distribution and name change will become effective on Thursday, November 10, 2016.  On that date, the current CAG options class will change to CAG1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CAG1 options. Therefore, no options on CAG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, November 10, 2016. ConAgra Foods, Inc. (CAG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, November 11, 2016 under the new name of ConAgra Brands, Inc. (CAG).

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CAG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
