MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Novatel Wireless, Inc. (MIFI) will change its name and symbol to Inseego Corporation (INSG)
Novatel Wireless, Inc. (MIFI) will change its name to Inseego Corporation, its trading symbol to (INSG), and its cusip to 45782B104 effective for trading on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: INSG options will trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MIFI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
