MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Demand Media, Inc. (DMD) Name and Symbol Change to Leaf Group Ltd. (LFGR)
Demand Media, Inc. (DMD) will change its name to Leaf Group Ltd., its trading symbol to (LFGR), and its cusip to 52177G102 effective for trading on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: LFGR options will trade on Cloud 11 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DMD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
