MIAX Delisting Alert: Cepheid (CPHD)
Cepheid (CPHD) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
All open GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CPHD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 7, 2016.
Details about the Cepheid (CPHD) merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
