MIAX Corporate Action Alert: iShares MSCI Taiwan ETF (EWT)
iShares MSCI Taiwan ETF (EWT) has announced a 1-for-2 reverse stock split. The reverse stock split will become effective on Monday, November 7, 2016. On that date, the current EWT options class will change to EWT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EWT1 options. Therefore, no options on EWT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 7, 2016. The new EWT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EWT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 4, 2016.
