MIAX Corporate Action Alert: iShares MSCI Japan ETF (EWJ)
iShares MSCI Japan ETF (EWJ) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split. The reverse stock split will become effective on Monday, November 7, 2016. On that date, the current EWJ options class will change to EWJ1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EWJ1 options. Therefore, no options on EWJ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 7, 2016. The new EWJ options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EWJ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 4, 2016.
