MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (HNR)
Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (HNR) has announced a reverse stock split. The reverse split will become effective on Friday, November 4, 2016. On that date, the current HNR options class will change to HNR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HNR1 options. Therefore, no options on HNR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, November 4, 2016. The new HNR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 7, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HNR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
