MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Federated Investors, Inc. (FII)

Federated Investors, Inc. (FII) has announced a special cash dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, November 4, 2016. FII options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FII will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
