Biodel Inc. (BIOD) has announced a reverse split, name, symbol, and cusip change. The split, name, symbol, and cusip change will become effective on Friday, November 4, 2016.  On that date, the current BIOD options class will change to ALBO1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ALBO1 options. Therefore, no options on ALBO will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, November 4, 2016.  Biodel Inc. (BIOD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 7, 2016 under the new name and symbol of (New) Albireo Pharma, Inc. (ALBO).

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BIOD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
