MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM)

Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.  On that date, the current YUM options class will change to YUM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list YUM1 options. Therefore, no options on YUM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. The new YUM options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in YUM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 31, 2016.
