MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HCP, Inc. (HCP)
HCP, Inc. (HCP) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. On that date, the current HCP options class will change to HCP1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HCP1 options. Therefore, no options on HCP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. The new HCP options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HCP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 31, 2016.
