MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (APRI)

Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (APRI) has announced a reverse stock split. The split will become effective on Monday, October 24, 2016.  On that date, the current APRI options class will change to APRI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list APRI1 options. Therefore, no options on APRI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, October 24, 2016. The new APRI options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 25, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in APRI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 21, 2016.
