MIAX Corporate Action Alert: TransDigm Group Incorporated (TDG)

TransDigm Group Incorporated (TDG) has announced a special cash dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, October 20, 2016. TDG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TDG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
