MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. On that date, the current ITUB options class will change to ITUB2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ITUB2 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. The new ITUB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 17, 2016.
