MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (IILG) Name and Symbol Change to ILG, Inc. (ILG)
Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (IILG) will change its name to ILG, Inc. its cusip to 44967H101 and its trading symbol to (ILG) effective for trading on Monday, October 17, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ILG options will continue to trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IILG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 14, 2016.
