MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (PTX)
Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (PTX) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Friday, October 14, 2016. On that date, the current PTX option class will change to PTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PTX1 options. Therefore, no options in PTX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 14, 2016. Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (PTX) will return for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, October 17, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PTX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 13, 2016.
