MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Cumulus Media Inc. (CMLS)
Cumulus Media Inc. (CMLS) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, October 13, 2016. On that date, the current CMLS option class will change to CMLS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CMLS1 options. Therefore, no options in CMLS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 13, 2016. Cumulus Media Inc. (CMLS) will return for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 14, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CMLS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.
