MIAX Corporate Action Alert: R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD)
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) has announced a distribution and reverse split that will become effective on Monday, October 3, 2016. On that date, the current RRD option class will change to RRD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list RRD1 options. Therefore, no options on RRD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, October 3, 2016. R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) will return for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RRD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 30, 2016.
