MIAX Corporate Action Alert: IDI, Inc. (IDI) Name and Symbol Change to Cogint, Inc. (COGT)
IDI, Inc. (IDI) will change its name to Cogint, Inc. and its trading symbol to (COGT) effective for trading on Monday, September 26, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: COGT options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IDI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 23, 2016.
