MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS)
Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, September 8, 2016. On that date, the current SNSS options class will change to SNSS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SNSS1 options. Therefore, no options on SNSS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, September 8, 2016. Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SNSS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, September 9, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SNSS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
