MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SINA Corporation (SINA)
SINA Corporation (SINA) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Thursday, September 8, 2016. On that date, the current SINA option class will change to SINA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SINA1 options. Therefore, no options on SINA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, September 8, 2016. SINA Corporation (SINA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, September 9, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SINA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
