MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Golden Ocean Group Limited (GOGL)
Golden Ocean Group Limited (GOGL) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Monday, August 1, 2016. On that date, the current GOGL option class will change to GOGL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GOGL1 options. Therefore, no options on GOGL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 1, 2016. Golden Ocean Group Limited (GOGL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
All open GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GOGL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 29, 2016.
