MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (EBS)

Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (EBS) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, August 1, 2016.  On that date, the current EBS option class will change to EBS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EBS1 options. Therefore, no options on EBS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 1, 2016.  Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (EBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EBS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 29, 2016.
