MIAX Corporate Action Alert: EMCORE Corporation (EMKR)
EMCORE Corporation (EMKR) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, August 1, 2016. EMKR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EMKR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 22, 2016.
